Hello parents and guardians.
Thanks to those who have already signed and returned the note regarding your child being filmed for Megan (our Teacher Colleague)'s video for her uni coursework.
If you need another copy of the note, you can download one below.
You'll also find our incursion note here, which will be coming home tomorrow.
Our Week 2 spelling words have a focus on the long 'u' sound, made by 'ou', 'ew', 'oo', 'ui', 'ue' and 'u_e'.

Also, in 3C we have a Teacher Candidate from Melbourne Uni with us this year.
Megan is in her first year of her Masters of Primary Teaching. So if you see her around the classroom, please don't hesitate to say hi.
Our spelling focus for this week is the short 'u' sound that can be found in words that have 'oo', 'ou' or 'u' spelling. Homework will be the words put into Grade 3 sentences, meaning sentences that are properly punctuated and the words are being used in their correct context.

Term 2 will be a tad busy for us, as we have a lot of ground to cover with our learning.
Please find our weekly timetable below (which may be updated as the term progresses), as well as
an overview of what we'll be learning about during English, Maths and Integrated.
